Exiting from the eastern side of the town, take a small detour to the hamlets of Alyfanta, Pyrgi and Kedros, and then head towards the enchanting Bay of Yera. The view of the various shades of green and blue is stunning. The Bay, with its narrow mouth, resembles a lagoon. Pass through Therma and descend towards Dipi, the scenic port of Yera. Farther up on the mountain you’ll encounter Evreiaki on your left, the road that will take you to Perama. This is one of the most gorgeous routes on the island.
